Limited Warranty

Novagraph warrants that:

• The material of the diskette and the manual are not defective.
• The software program is properly recorded on the diskette.
• The manual is substantially complete.
• The software program functions substantially as described in the manual.

The sole remedy to breach of this Limited Warranty is replacement of defective diskette and/or manual. This Limited Warranty extends for ninety days from date of purchase and applies only to the initial purchaser of the product. To replace a defective product, send the product and proof of purchase to:
